The manufacturer's handbook will tell you what the tyre pressures should be.
Note: this is NOT written on the side of the tyre.
Using an accurate pressure guage, check all 5 tyres when they are cold, and remember to put the dust caps back on when you are finished.
This check on your car should be performed weekly.
Proper maintenance of your vehicle is essential for reliability, safety and economy. Poor maintenance will lead to breakdowns, expense, poor fuel economy and a potentially dangerous vehicle. If in doubt, get someone who knows what they are doing to help. If necessary take your car to a mechanic.
